【主讲人简介】
Dr. Ian C. Elliott is a Senior Lecturer of Public Administration at the Centre for Public Policy, University of Glasgow, and co-Editor-in-Chief of Public Administration and Development. His research focuses on the strategic state, including wellbeing approaches to government, and leadership development in government, including the teaching of public administration. He has been published in many of the top public administration and public policy journals and is a member of four editorial boards.
Dr. Elliott is the current co-Editor-in-Chief of Public Administration and Development, a Q1 academic journal that specializes in public administration in non-Western contexts, particularly as they relate to development processes including sustainable development.
He is also the former Chair of the Joint University Council (now the UK Association for Public Administration). His research includes work on strategic state and leadership development.
